What would I work on as a Concierge?
Partnering with customers to deliver excellent service in every interaction.
- Answering customer questions on buying, selling, financing and more
- Providing smooth, easy delivery and pickup appointments
- Facilitating vehicle purchases and sales, including becoming a DMV paperwork expert
- Solving problems hand in hand with engineers, finance managers and others
- Making efficient decisions that ensure excellent customer experiences
- Evaluating customers’ vehicles and providing accurate valuations

- Must be over 18 years of age with at least 2 years of driving history in the U.S. and have a valid driver’s license
- Need to pass a DMV background check with an acceptable driving record
- Personal car is not required, but reliable transportation to and from work sites is necessary
- Automotive background is not required
- Driving manual transmission / stick shift is great, but not required
