It would've been a 5 star I had a little difficult time getting all the red tape taken care of. The guy Jim Inzinga was with me every step. When you've never done anything like this before it can get crazy in a silly way. Make sure you have all your documents it makes the process smooth! Mine was difficult since I wasn't the actual owner my son was. He's deployed and that was the reason of the 3 stars. Jim was a trooper and he was always a call or text away. I would definitely use them if I ever decide to sell my car.

I sold my Electric 2023 mini cooper to them. They were able to hesitantly match the price with another big player of used cars. The best part was them paying upfront (both Bank and the positive equity) before picking up the car. Small things really make you feel secure about the whole transaction. I took off one star because I couldn't reach out to anyone when Vinny was not available for a day. Overall, decent experience and will use them again if they continue to offer decent price.
This was our first experience selling a car like this and we couldn't be happier. There's no catch - no hidden agenda. They appraised our car through an independent company- looked at the value and made an offer. The lease was paid off - we got a check for the residual value and the car is being picked up today.
