What Would I Work on as a Concierge?
- Partnering with the customer to provide excellent service on a daily basis during every interaction.
- Answering prospective customer questions on AllCars' processes for buying, selling, financing and more.
- Providing customers smooth and easy delivery and pickup appointments.
- Facilitating the purchase and sale of vehicles including becoming an expert on DMV paperwork.
- Solving problems by working hand in hand with our internal team - Engineers, Finance Managers, and Others.
- Making efficient decisions to ensure excellent customer experiences.
- Evaluating customer’s vehicles and providing them with accurate vehicle valuations.

- Must be over 18 years of age with at least 2 years of driving history in the U.S. and have a valid driver’s license
- Need to pass a DMV background check with an acceptable driving record
- Personal car is not required, but reliable transportation to and from work sites is necessary
- Automotive background is not required
- Driving manual transmission/stick shift is great, but not required
